The company has given me the freedom and support to learn and earn, and I am grateful for that. Over the months, I have had the privilege of marking several milestones, including being recognized as an Impressive Office Debutant, representing the company at the MUMBAI AUTOMATION EXPO, and completing Sales Soft Skills Training. I would also like to extend my appreciation to my reporting managers and all team members who have supported me throughout my journey. Their collaboration and guidance have been invaluable. 

"Deceler" not only promotes its Products or provides Technical Solutions but also promotes & values its Employees for their career growth. From 2016 to till date, I have seen "Deceler" strengthening the employees in all terms to develop their Professional skills which helped me to be in the most promising & challenging position now. I'm enjoying myself as Dy. Manager - SCM. Thanks to My Director & to the HRM Team who believes in my skills & gave me enormous opportunities to build my Career.

From day one, I felt welcomed and valued at Deceler. The leadership’s open-door policy and encouragement to share ideas make it a truly unique place to work. With the opportunity to work as a Assistant Manager Sales for the West Region, I had the privilege of being the part of successful launch of our new branch office in Pune Maharashtra, a significant milestone in our growth journey.

Working at Deceler Office for the past five years has been a wonderful experience. This place feels like a family to me, with supportive colleagues and a friendly environment that makes every day enjoyable. The management is excellent kind, understanding, and always encouraging growth. I’m grateful for the memories and opportunities I’ve had here and proud to be part of such a caring and inspiring team. I learned many things from this office. Deceler Office isn’t just a workplace; it’s a family, and I couldn’t ask for a better one!  It’s truly been an amazing journey!

As a fresher, I was given numerous challenging opportunities that not only enhanced my technical skills but also significantly contributed to my personal development, particularly in soft skills. At DECELER,  we are encouraged to diversify our roles, enhance our skills, and collaborate as a team through the exchange of responsibilities. Even when things get tough, we always come together to support each other and ensure the job gets done. The company takes immense pride in maintaining a well-structured and disciplined environment, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a high level of professionalism. I’ve been working at Deceler for the past 7 months. I’m truly grateful for the opportunities Deceler has provided me. It’s also great that the Deceler organizes fun days once a month - these kinds of activities really help build team cohesion and make work more enjoyable.
