The company has given me the freedom and support to learn and earn, and I am grateful for that. Over the months, I have had the privilege of marking several milestones, including being recognized as an Impressive Office Debutant, representing the company at the MUMBAI AUTOMATION EXPO, and completing Sales Soft Skills Training. I would also like to extend my appreciation to my reporting managers and all team members who have supported me throughout my journey. Their collaboration and guidance have been invaluable.

• With one year of experience in the instrumentation field from my previous company, joining DECELER has been a valuable step in my career. As a Controls Engineer, I have worked on safety scanners, light curtains, safety fencing, and various industrial sensors. DECELER provides a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning, skill development, and teamwork.

• The disciplined and structured work culture has helped me grow both technically and personally. I am grateful to my manager for the constant guidance and to our Managing Director & HR Management for inspiring us with his leadership.

• I sincerely thank DECELER for the valuable opportunities provided since my joining as a Sales Engineer.

• A key highlight was attending the South Automation Expo, where I explored industry innovations and represented the company.

As a fresher, I was given numerous challenging opportunities that not only enhanced my technical skills but also significantly contributed to my personal development, particularly in soft skills. I’ve been working at Deceler for the past 7 months. I’m truly grateful for the opportunities Deceler has provided me. The company’s culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence has played a significant role in my journey. It’s also great that the Deceler organizes fun days once a month - these kinds of activities really help build team cohesion and make work more enjoyable. • I am proud to be a part of DECELER, working as an Assembly and Service Engineer with 1+ of experience. In my role. I support Assembly, Service, and Store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning within the organization.

• With continuous guidance from Management and My reporting Manager, I have gained strong product knowledge and enhanced my technical skills. DECELER’s focus is on innovation and new product development motivates me to keep learning and contribute effectively to the company’s growth and success.
