About the AWP Series

The AWP Series from AUCTECH is a compact, fully integrated collaborative palletizing workstation designed for fast deployment, flexible operation, and high-efficiency end-of-line packaging. Built on AUCTECH’s collaborative robot platform, the AWP Series combines a robot arm, controller, gripper, base frame, and safety modules, all in a single turnkey unit.

With plug-and-play functionality, the AWP Series drastically shortens commissioning time and requires no complex integration. It supports dynamic palletizing for various product sizes and weights, offering reliable automation for industries such as food & beverage, paper, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and daily chemicals.

Flexible, Space-Saving AutomationThe system features a compact footprint and offers a flexible layout for tight production spaces. It supports carton sizes up to 600 × 650 mm, and customizable stack heights up to 2.5 meters, allowing it to adapt to multiple packaging formats and pallet types.

The AWP Series includes a visual interface where users can easily define palletizing patterns, adjust stack height, and switch between preset programs, all without programming experience. The built-in memory function allows quick switching between different SKUs, making it ideal for fast-changing production lines.

Safe and Smart Operation

Designed for collaborative use, the AWP features mechanical anti-collision protection and supports optional light curtains and safety guardrails for additional safety in semi-open environments. It runs continuously with minimal supervision, significantly reducing manual labor and improving consistency.
