ü  Compact and space-saving for tight production areas

ü  Quick to deploy and reprogram for new tasks

ü  Lower total cost of ownership than traditional robots

ü  Reduces manual labour and fatigue

ü  Improves consistency and product quality

ü  Easily integrates with existing factory systems

Why AUBO Cobots for Screwdriver Automation?

·       Wide range of payload and reach options for diverse tasks

·       High repeatability (±0.02 mm) ensures precise operations

·       User-friendly interface with intuitive controls

·       Simple programming via drag-and-drop or scripting

·       Lightweight and compact (easy to deploy or reposition)

·       Fast setup and configuration for quick integration

Process Flow

1.     Part Delivery: A linear actuator or a conveyor brings the component (e.g., a valve) into the robot's workspace and positions it precisely for screwdriving.

2.     Screw Feeding: A screw feeder system delivers individual screws directly to the robot's screwdriver end-effector, ensuring a steady and reliable supply.

3.     Screwdriving Operation: The AUBO robot, equipped with a high-torque pneumatic screwdriver, moves to the target location and drives the screw into the component with precise torque control.

4.     Simultaneous Coordination: While the robot tightens the screw, the system prepares the next screw and positions the next component in parallel, reducing cycle time.

5.     Completion & Loop: Once screwing is complete, the robot moves to the next component, and the cycle repeats continuously for high-speed, reliable assembly.
